Modern Oluklu Mukavva Ambalaj has opened a new corrugated cardboard plant in Hadımköy, Istanbul, with an $80 million investment.

The plant, Türkiye's largest corrugated plant with an annual production capacity of 200 thousand tons and an enclosed area of 74,000 m2, stands out for its 5-story vertical design and fully automated lines.

The plant has 275 employees and is Modern Ambalaj's seventh corrugated cardboard manufacturing facility.

Eren Holding, which operates in the energy, packaging, paper, cement, and textile sectors and has completed its 52nd year in Türkiye, has made a new $80-million investment, Türkiye's largest plant in terms of tons, in the field of corrugated cardboard, one of Eren Holding's flagship sectors.
