The area in Kilimli district of Zonguldak has become "Eren Holding Anonim Şirketi Special Industrial Zone".

Having operations all over our country contributing to the expansion of the Turkish economy and industrial production through its investments, Eren Holding has had another breakthrough.

Eren Holding established Eren Energy and Eren Port in Zonguldak province to meet the rapidly growing demand for electricity in our country’s energy sector and continues to provide additional value to both the region and our country throughout its ever-increasing investments.

In addition to Zonguldak Eren Thermal Power Plant (ZETES) comprised of five units located in Kilimli district of Zonguldak, and Eren Port investments, with the area it owns that has been declared as Eren Holding Anonim Şirketi Special Industrial Zone by the Presidential Decree, Eren Holding will support another sector in the region with the investment of the Paper Plant. The decree was published in the Official Gazette on December 7, 2023.

The decree published in the Official Gazette states, “It has been decided to declare the area with the borders shown on the attached map located in Kilimli District of Zonguldak Province as Eren Holding Anonim Şirketi Zonguldak Special Industrial Zone in accordance with Article 4/Ç of the Industrial Zones Law No. 4737.”

Under the motto "Türkiye’nin Ereni (Eren of Türkiye)", Eren Holding keeps up its efforts to advance the development of our nation and the advantages it offers to our society by working, producing, and investing continuously in the industries it operates.
