A subsidiary of Eren Holding, Medcem Cement Group (the Group) consists of Medcem Madencilik, Medcem Port, Medcem Beton, Medcem Çimento Satış ve Pazarlama, and Medcem Global.

With an annual clinker production capacity of 6.6 million tons, the Group's Medcem Çimento plant is among the largest cement plants in the world. Through the Group's Medcem Port port, which can accommodate vessels with a DWT of up to 60,000, ninety percent of the Medcem Çimento plant’s production is shipped out to several countries.

Medcem Global is the exporter of the Group's products including such as cement, clinker, fly ash, synthetic gypsum, bottom ash, bauxite, and iron slag.

Medcem Beton and Çimento Satış ve Pazarlama companies are in charge of the domestic sale of cement and concrete produced by the Group.

Currently, the Group owns two mills in Cameroon and Tunisia, as well as a terminal in Cyprus. The Group aims to expand its operations with two terminal investments in Great Britain that are currently underway, as well as terminals planned to be established in Europe and the United States.

While Medcem Çimento Group is preparing the Group for the future by placing a high priority on digitalization, efficiency, and sustainability, the company is also working to strengthen its position in the international building materials sector through investments in other countries.
