Dear Stakeholders,
At Eren Holding, we draw strength from our deep-rooted heritage as we move toward the future with determination across all sectors in which we operate. Beyond our production power in Energy, Paper, Packaging, Cement, Textiles and Retail, we aim to create sustainable value through our core responsibility toward both people and the environment.
As Eren Enerji, we achieved an electricity generation of 19.8 billion kWh in 2025, further solidifying our position as “Türkiye’s Largest Electricity Producer.” At Eren Port, where we handle more than 10 million tons of bulk cargo annually, we have been enhancing our logistics infrastructure and contributing to our country’s trade capacity by commissioning a new 100,000 TEU capacity container quay.
We continue to advance our strong position in the paper sector with the Modern Karton PM6 facility in Zonguldak, commissioned in 2025, with an annual production capacity of 650,000 tons. This investment, based on an environmentally friendly production model using 100% recycled waste paper, is expected to increase Modern Karton’s total annual production capacity to 2 million tons.
As Medcem Cement Group, we continue to hold our position as Türkiye’s leading exporter in the cement sector. Within the framework of our international facility expansion efforts, our terminals in Sheerness in the UK, Trieste in Italy, Antwerp in Belgium, and Famagusta in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus are already operational. The Liverpool terminal in England and the Glasgow terminal in Scotland, where investments are ongoing, are planned to become operational in 2026. In addition, while our grinding mill investment in Tunisia is currently active, our Florida mill in the United States is also scheduled to be commissioned in 2026.
At Eren Perakende, we have launched our new 55,000-square-meter logistics facility in Tekirdağ, Ergene, to strengthen our logistical infrastructure. With this investment, we are increasing our total logistics facility area to 116,000 square meters.
We regard sustainability as one of the core elements of our corporate culture. To further strengthen this vision on an international level, we reinforce our corporate sustainability approach through our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
“A Debt of Gratitude to the Lands Where We Were Born” is the philosophy that guides our commitment to social responsibility and local development across the country. With a particular focus on education at all levels, from kindergarten to university, we create social benefit across a wide range of fields; from healthcare investments and agricultural support to sports development, initiatives that empower women’s employment, and efforts to preserve cultural heritage. Through these initiatives extending from Bitlis to Hatay, Muş to Zonguldak, and Tekirdağ to Mersin, we consider it our primary responsibility to support local development and promote greater participation of youth and women in social and economic life.
With our people-centric philosophy, we continue to invest in the professional growth of our qualified workforce of 14,000 people, foster an inclusive and trust-based work environment, and build long-term relationships with all our stakeholders. We believe that this approach, grounded in transparency, accountability, and ethical values, has formed the foundation of the success we have achieved to date. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all my colleagues, business partners, and stakeholders who contribute to our shared goal of creating sustainable value.
