Built to support the physical, mental, and social development of young people in the region, the Ismail Eren Sports Complex has become an important center for sports and community activities in the province of Bitlis. With its modern infrastructure and wide range of facilities, it serves not only students but also the local community, contributing significantly to the promotion of healthy lifestyles and encouraging young people to participate in sports. Designed to withstand the harsh winter conditions of the region, the complex stands out as a long-term investment that strengthens social cohesion and fosters a culture of healthy living. In addition, free swimming lessons for women are offered at the facility, providing opportunities for individuals with limited access to sports to develop themselves and take a more active role in society.
| Project Details: | The Ismail Eren Sports Complex was built in accordance with a protocol signed with the Bitlis Governor’s Office in 2005 and was opened to service in 2006.
