The Zonguldak Muslu Housing Project is a social responsibility initiative implemented within the scope of urban transformation, aiming to contribute to the reconstruction and modernization process of the region.

Project Details:

Planned by Eren Enerji in Zonguldak, the project consists of 108 residential units across 9 blocks. The housing units were primarily transferred at half of their construction cost to local residents who sold their land due to the facility construction.

Playing a significant role in the city’s reconstruction and modernization, the residences were built using materials compliant with Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) standards and in full accordance with the national earthquake regulations. The project supports safe construction practices while aiming to enhance the quality of life of the local community.
