Eren Retail has successfully completed an independent audit conducted in collaboration with the Sustainability Academy and Intertek, becoming the first company in the retail sector to receive the “Equal Women at Work” Certification.

As part of the independent audit process carried out by the Sustainability Academy and Intertek, Eren Retail was evaluated across five critical areas: management systems, recruitment and employment practices, occupational health and safety, supply chain, and social impact. Successfully meeting all assessment criteria, Eren Retail has distinguished itself as the first company in the retail sector to be awarded this prestigious certification, setting a strong example and creating a meaningful impact within the industry.
