The Ayşe Eren & Ziya Eren Student Dormitory is a social responsibility project established to provide higher education students with access to a safe, comfortable, and supportive accommodation environment.

Project Details:

The Ayşe Eren & Ziya Eren Student Dormitory will commence operations in the 2026–2027 academic year. Located within walking distance of the faculty buildings of Bitlis Eren University, the dormitory has a capacity of 660 students.

The dormitory buildings, with a total footprint of 6,750 m², are constructed on a 21,500 m² site. Of this area, 14,750 m² has been designated as landscaped outdoor space, including volleyball and basketball courts, table tennis areas, and walking paths for students.

The facility includes 8 study halls totaling 900 m² and 5 classrooms totaling 250 m². In addition, the dormitory features a prayer room, conference hall, infirmary, and social and relaxation areas on each floor. Through these facilities, the project aims to address students’ academic and social needs in a comprehensive manner.
