GANT is the expression of the lifestyle that synthesizes the American sportswear heritage with the modern, quality, casual style of Europe.

Bernard Gant moved from Ukraine to New York in 1914. He designed his first shirt in 1949 and GANT was recognized as the first men's designer brand in America. In 1980, three Swedish entrepreneurs, Lennart Björk, Klas Kall and Staffan Wittmark obtained GANT license for regions outside America and played an active role in the growth of the brand, announcing it in Europe.

Eren Perakende has undertaken the operations of GANT in Turkey since September 2012 and in Poland since September 2015. GANT operates in Turkey with its 28 stores in total, including one online, and in Poland with its 4 stores, including one online.
